General Refund Policy

Ramana Sri IAS provides educational services for UPSC Maths Optional, IFoS Maths Optional, test series, PYQ courses, revision programs, online classes, self-study programs and related academic support.

Since many of our services include digital access, online classes, recorded lectures, test series, PDFs, notes and study material, refunds are limited and may be allowed only under specific genuine conditions mentioned in this policy.

Services Generally Non-Refundable

Fees paid for the following services are generally non-refundable once course access, login details, study material, class access, test series access or digital content has been provided.

Cases Where Refund May Be Considered

A refund request may be reviewed only in genuine cases. Approval is not automatic. The institute will check payment details, course access status and service usage before making a decision.

Refund may be considered if: duplicate payment was made, payment was deducted but course access was not activated, payment was made by mistake and no service was used, or there is a verified technical payment issue.

Refund Request Timeline

Students should raise a refund request within 7 calendar days from the date of payment. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

If course access, recorded lectures, study material, test series, PDFs, notes or any other digital content has already been provided or used, the fee will normally be treated as non-refundable.

No Refund for Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, lack of time, change in preparation plan, inability to attend classes, personal reasons, device issues, internet issues, schedule mismatch, non-attendance or failure to use the course after enrollment.

Students should carefully check course details, fee structure, batch type, course mode and service conditions before making payment.

Digital Content and Course Access

Once digital content is shared or activated, including recorded videos, PDFs, notes, test series, online portal access, worksheets, class links or login details, the fee is generally non-refundable.

This condition is necessary because digital educational content can be accessed, downloaded, viewed or used immediately after activation.

Course Transfer or Adjustment

In some genuine cases, Ramana Sri IAS may allow course transfer, batch change, course adjustment or fee adjustment instead of refund. This will depend on the situation, course type, access status and approval from the institute.

Such adjustment is not a right and will be decided only by Ramana Sri IAS after reviewing the request.

To request a refund, the student should contact Ramana Sri IAS with complete payment and admission details. Incomplete refund requests may take longer to review.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it may be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method decided by Ramana Sri IAS.

Approved refunds may take 7 to 10 working days after approval, depending on the bank, payment gateway or payment service provider.

The final decision regarding refund approval, rejection, transfer, course adjustment or fee adjustment will be taken by Ramana Sri IAS after reviewing payment details, service usage, access status and the reason for the refund request.
