Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, filling the admission form, joining any class, purchasing any course, downloading any material, or using any service of Ramana Sri IAS, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.

If a student or parent does not agree with these terms, they should not proceed with admission, payment, course access, or use of the services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all academic and digital services offered by Ramana Sri IAS, including but not limited to:

Admission and Registration

Admission is confirmed only after successful submission of required details and payment of the applicable course fee. Ramana Sri IAS reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel admission if any information provided by the student is found to be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate.

The admission form and submitted details become part of the institute’s official academic record. Students must ensure that all personal, academic, contact, and course-related information is accurate at the time of submission.

Fees, Payments and Refund Policy

All fees must be paid as per the official fee structure published by Ramana Sri IAS or communicated through authorised institute channels. Fee once paid is generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable against another student, course, batch, or service.

Any special discount, scholarship, instalment facility, or concession is provided solely at the discretion of Ramana Sri IAS and cannot be claimed as a right.

Course Schedule, Batch Timing and Changes

Ramana Sri IAS makes every reasonable effort to conduct classes, tests, discussions, and academic activities as per the announced schedule. However, the institute reserves the right to revise class timing, batch schedule, faculty allocation, test dates, venue, mode of delivery, or academic plan when required due to academic, administrative, technical, or unavoidable reasons.

Such changes do not create any automatic right to refund, compensation, or claim against the institute.

Online Classes, Recorded Videos and Digital Access

Access to online classes, recorded lectures, digital notes, test portals, PDFs, and other digital resources is provided only to registered students for personal academic use. Students must not share login credentials, video links, passwords, downloaded files, screenshots, recordings, or any institute material with others.

The institute may suspend or terminate access if misuse, unauthorised sharing, screen recording, resale, redistribution, piracy, or suspicious activity is found.

Intellectual Property Rights

All lectures, class notes, printed material, PDFs, test papers, model answers, video lessons, graphics, website content, course structure, explanations, strategies, worksheets, and academic resources are the intellectual property of Ramana Sri IAS unless otherwise stated.

Students are not allowed to copy, reproduce, publish, upload, sell, distribute, forward, record, modify, or commercially use any material without written permission from Ramana Sri IAS.

Student Conduct and Discipline

Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect faculty members, follow academic instructions, attend classes sincerely, submit tests honestly, and behave respectfully with staff and fellow students.

Violation of discipline may lead to warning, suspension, cancellation of admission, restriction of course access, or legal action where necessary.

Tests, Evaluation and Results

Test series, mock tests, answer evaluation, feedback, ranking, marks, and model answers are designed to support preparation. They should not be treated as a guaranteed prediction of UPSC, IFoS, or any other examination result.

Performance depends on the student’s preparation, consistency, writing practice, revision, conceptual clarity, exam temperament, and other external factors.

No Guarantee of Selection

Ramana Sri IAS provides academic guidance, coaching, test practice, mentoring, study material, and preparation support. However, selection in UPSC, IFoS, or any competitive examination is not guaranteed.

The institute does not promise rank, marks, interview call, final selection, or any specific result. Student effort and examination performance remain the final responsibility of the candidate.

Website Use

Users must use this website only for lawful academic and informational purposes. They must not attempt to damage, hack, overload, misuse, copy, scrape, or interfere with the website, server, forms, payment links, videos, or digital systems.

Ramana Sri IAS may update, remove, modify, or restructure website content at any time without prior notice.

Technical Issues and Access Limitations

Online learning depends on internet connectivity, device compatibility, browser settings, platform availability, and third-party services. Ramana Sri IAS will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine technical issues but shall not be liable for problems caused by the student’s device, internet provider, browser, storage, software, or unauthorised usage.

Communication and Notifications

Important information may be shared through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, website updates, online groups, or other official communication channels. Students must provide correct contact details and regularly check official updates.

Ramana Sri IAS is not responsible if a student misses updates due to incorrect contact information, blocked communication, inactive number, unread messages, or failure to check official channels.

Use of Photos, Videos and Testimonials

By participating in institute activities, students may allow Ramana Sri IAS to use photographs, testimonials, feedback, success stories, classroom images, result information, or academic participation references for educational, promotional, or informational purposes, unless a written objection is submitted in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Ramana Sri IAS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, academic, financial, technical, personal, or consequential loss arising from the use of courses, website, materials, test series, online platforms, or any related service.

The institute’s role is limited to providing academic preparation support and related educational services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Ramana Sri IAS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the website or services after such updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
